Refunds and deactivation
Request a refund
Early Adopter License purchases are eligible for a refund within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date.
Contact contact@nodify.io to request a refund. Refunds are processed through the payment provider and remain subject to the applicable payment terms.
A full refund revokes the associated license and all of its device activations. Your locally stored calendar data remains on your computer.

Deactivate a device
Deactivating a device frees one of the three activation slots included with your license.
To deactivate a device:
- Open Settings.
- Select License.
- Find the device in the activation list.
- Select Deactivate.
- Enter the required confirmation text and confirm the action.
An internet connection is required to deactivate a device.
You can also select Deactivate all devices in the danger zone. This deactivates every device connected to the license, including the current computer.
After this computer is deactivated, its calendar data remains accessible, but autocomplete is locked until you activate it again.
