Getting started FAQ
Find answers to common questions about activation, licenses, scheduling, and your data.
Account and license
Why does my activation code not work?
An activation code can only be used once and expires after 30 minutes. If the code has expired or has already been used, sign in at account.nodify.io and generate a new one.
How many devices can I activate?
One Nodify Calendar license can be active on up to three devices at the same time.
To use the license on another device, open Activations in your Nodify account and deactivate a device you no longer use. This frees an activation slot without cancelling your license.
Can I use Nodify Calendar without an internet connection?
You need an internet connection to activate the app and manage your license.
After activation, your calendar data and autocomplete remain available offline.
Planning and scheduling
Why does a task not appear on my calendar?
See Why a task was not scheduled for the possible causes and available fixes.
What is the difference between a task, an event, and a schedule slot?
- A task is work that needs to be completed. Autocomplete can decide when to place it.
- An event is a fixed commitment at a specific time.
- A schedule slot is a period when autocomplete may place tasks assigned to a particular schedule.

Devices and data
Does Nodify Calendar sync data between devices?
No. Nodify Calendar stores calendar data locally and does not sync it between computers.
Each activated device has its own calendar data. Nodify Calendar 0.2.2 is a desktop application and does not provide a mobile or tablet app.
