Welcome to Nodify Calendar

You define the structure of your week. Autocomplete fills it with individual tasks while respecting your manual decisions.

Why Nodify Calendar exists

We believe planning should not be completely manual or completely automated.

You know what matters, how you want to spend your time, and what kind of week you are trying to build. Software should not make those decisions for you.

Traditional calendars make you schedule everything yourself. Fully automated calendars make those decisions for you, which can make you lose control and start fighting against the automation instead of working with it.

We think the better approach is somewhere in between.

You define the structure of your week: when you want to study, work, exercise, or focus on a project. You decide what needs to be done, how important it is, and when it needs to be finished. Autocomplete then handles the scheduling details, arranging tasks within that structure while respecting your existing commitments.

The resulting schedule is not a plan imposed on you. It is a draft of the week you designed.

It shows you whether the things you want to do actually fit into the time you have, what is likely to get done, and where the plan starts to break down.

From there, you can adjust the plan and autocomplete the schedule again. Each change is reflected in the calendar, making it easier to move from an initial idea of your week to a schedule that works best for you.

Choose where your data lives

Your tasks, events, and schedules are stored in vaults.

A local vault stays on your computer. The app and local vaults are free and do not require an account. Autocomplete runs on your device.

With Nodify Cloud, cloud vaults sync across your devices. Autocomplete runs on the server so each device receives the same plan. Nodify Cloud requires an account and a paid plan.

Who it is for

Nodify Calendar is for people who need to manage many different activities, responsibilities, or projects at the same time.

It helps bring these areas together in one weekly plan, while keeping their tasks and available working hours organized separately.
