Your data
Local-first and offline
Nodify Calendar stores your calendar data locally on your computer.
Tasks, events, schedules, settings, reminders, and autocomplete information are stored in a local database. This information is not uploaded to a Nodify account or synchronised between devices.
Use Nodify Calendar offline
After activation, you can use all calendar features without an internet connection:
- create and edit tasks;
- create and edit events;
- manage schedules and slots;
- run autocomplete;
- receive locally scheduled reminders.
An internet connection is still required to activate the app, manage your license, open your Nodify account, and check for updates.
Data on different devices
Each installation has its own local database. Creating or changing an item on one computer does not update it on another computer.
A license can be active on up to three devices, but this does not synchronise their calendar data.
When the app is removed
Your Nodify account does not contain a cloud copy of your calendar. Before uninstalling the app or replacing your computer, remember that your data may exist only on that device.
For information about the built-in backups, see Backup and restore.
